The death has occurred, in his 94th year, of Paddy Dowd, Skibblemore, Barn Road, Dunleer, suddenly and peacefully in the wonderful care of the doctors and staff at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda.

May he rest in peace

A private family funeral for Paddy will take place due to Government advice regarding public gatherings, with numbers limited to 50. Removal on Friday evening from his home at 6.30pm, walking to Saint Brigid’s Church, Dunleer, arriving for evening prayers at 7pm. Funeral Mass on Saturday morning at 11am. Burial afterwards in Dromin Cemetery.
